Coronavirus – COVID-19

Seriously. Let’s all take a moment to catch our breath from the onslaught of news stories and rumors, and focus on what can actually be done. We are absolutely against playing on people’s fears and selling them something they do not need. We have already had reports of other companies selling services that do nothing to manage COVID-19, simply because customers called them in a panic.

While we are experts in our field, we are not doctors or scientists! That’s why we rely on people a lot smarter than us, to get the facts about COVID-19.

Take a look at what the CDC has to say about COVID-19, and the steps your business can take to reduce it’s impact.

Now that we have the facts and suggestions from really smart people, let’s answer how MITA-PRO might be able to help. If you are a retail or manufacturing business, senior living facility, church, band, or school, we offer fogging and surface spraying treatment options to assist in your efforts of combating the spread of COVID-19, and many other viruses. The products we use are hospital-grade disinfectants and can be safely applied around humans and pets, with very little downtime for your business.

There is no one single product, service, or strategy that can guaranteeĀ  your facility or personnel will not contract COVID-19. Period.

Our fogging and spraying service kills and disinfects what’s already on contaminated surfaces. Of course, you can reduce your risk of future contamination by following the steps outlined by the CDC, but these are not one-time measures, it must be on-going.

You’re a smart person. Arm yourself with the facts to stop the spread of misinformation, and educate yourself on what your business can do to manage the spread of the virus.

If you have a confirmed case of human coronavirus on premises, we want to be clear and say thatĀ no products have been tested or EPA-registered specifically against Novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). This pathogen is not available for testing and standard methods for laboratory testing do not exist.

However, the EPA & CDC both state: “that if an antimicrobial product can kill a small, non-enveloped virus it should be able to kill any enveloped virus.“*

The products we use have been tested under conditions 20 times more rigorous than the EPA requires.**

We must remain vigilant in our efforts to slow down the spread of this virus, and the misinformation surrounding it. So again, do not panic and don’t waste money. Any remediation service that claims to prevent the future spread of the virus, is a lie. According to the CDC’s recommendations, sanitizing and disinfectant applications must be made on a regular basis as no single application product has been proven effective since no testing methods exist yet.

For this reason, we have dramatically reduced our pricing to give everyone a more affordable option to dealing with this virus, should you choose to have an on-going preventative strategy.

Need a “Hygienic Reset” to get ahead of the curve? Take a look at the packages below. We are happy to custom-build a plan for your home, office, hospital, restaurant, and so much more.

Pricing is straight forward and transparent with no hidden fees. We offer a fogging treatment package for residential and commercial locations as a one-time application or a daily treatment plan. For commercial applications, pricing will vary based on the type of location being treatedĀ (food contact, children, office, etc.) as well as the total square footage being treated.

Have a large manufacturing facility or an office with hundreds of computers? Let’s schedule an on-site consultation to learn more about your needs to craft a comprehensive management strategy.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our services, and if they would be a good fit for your residential or business needs. But don’t be shocked if the answer you get is, “you don’t need our services.” It’s important to know that you can do a lot of this yourself with common household cleaners.

Our focus is on businesses who may not have the resources necessary to tackle the problem on their own, and to homeowners who may not be physically able to properly disinfect their surroundings.
